It's no secret that private label rights (PLR) content has become the conventional method of product creation. PLR has a ton of benefits, I know, because I use and sell PLR quite successfully online. But I also believe that resell rights products are valuable in their own right.

Interestingly enough, the phrase resell rights products has a lot more listings in Google than plr products.

"Old school"?

Not a chance. PLR has simply moved to the forefront of shortcuts for business owners, and as a result, resell rights products have fallen by the wayside. And with good reason I suppose, considering you can completely edit PLR content.

But let's face it. A large percentage (I figure as high as 70% to 80%) of people never bother to edit their PLR, so the only real difference between a PLR product and a resell rights product, is the name stamped on it - and in some cases, you can't even do that because some PLR providers restrict you from claiming authorship of the content.

Not convinced?

Well get this...reselling products is a lot like affiliate marketing. As an affiliate, you recommend a product created by someone else, and you earn 50% commission.

As a reseller, you're doing the same thing, recommending a product created by someone else, except you earn 100% commission from sales.

Never thought of that did ya?

Anyway, like anything, there are pros and cons to using PLR content and resell content, but at the end of the day, no matter which one you use, there's one universal problem...

...people are struggling, maybe even you, to make money with them.

In a recent survey, I asked people to share their biggest issue with resell rights products with me, and 60% of respondents said they didn't know how to use them successfully.
